Once CLients are on board, its time to onboard

Onboard your new/existing clients is crucial to make sure your clients are able to view your profile and book with you

To start the onboarding process for your clients, you’ll send them an email or text link to the HopperFit PWA or App. Once you’ve done that, your clients will then have to register their account as a “Hopper,” and purchase “Hops,” which is our form of currency. After that, your clients can search for your trainer profile, find your available classes, and book with you, using their Hops, which converts to cash. You will decide how you want to meet with your client, whether it be at the park, gym, outside, inside, or via zoom, that’s totally up to you and your client! Finally, you’ll conduct your training session with them and get paid the price you set for the class, minus the percent cut for using the HopperFit platform.

Onboarding Step by Step:

Inform your client that you are now a trainer on the HopperFit app

Have them sign up & register a "Hopper" account (completely free to download and sign up)

From here, all your clients have to do is search your name or business name and book the date and times you have available!

Trainers Can:

Create & post your own schedule

Get booked, and manage your bookings directly in the app

Determine the prices of your services and set them accordingly

Hoppers Can:

Search your profile, select any of your classes, and book with you!

Book any of your available times, and purchase your training services directly in the app

View, receive reminders, and prepare the upcoming session
