Communicating with clients that have booked you is crucial in maintaining & building a good relationship

Before and during the training process, it’s crucial that you have clear communication with your client.

Good news! To accommodate communication needs between trainers and clients, our engineering team has developed our own In-App Messenger! When a new client books you for a training session, the client is now enabled to send the first message. Once a client reaches out to determine where the session will take place, decide if any equipment is needed, or just to say hello, the trainer can now message back, thus beginning the communication process! You can send notifications to your clients about upcoming sessions and any changes or cancelations to the scheduled sessions. You’ll also be able to send reminders to your clients about booking with you again in the future.

Wondering what to say to your clients? We’ve got you covered. As a trainer, you should be communicating with your clients by sending them reminders, follow-ups, location options, a confirmation, and to determine what equipment you’ll need and who will bring it -- if you need any!

After the session, your client is able to set a rating from the app. A good rating will positively affect you and other potential clients that see a high rating on your page! We have a new feature in the works that will allow trainers to take notes on specific clients to be shared across all other trainers. These notes are especially helpful when certain clients have different needs. For example, if a client requests nutrition plans or guidance from you, you can write notes on that during your session and send them that information after the session.
